Import Players from Excel

Upload an Excel workbook (.xlsx) or a CSV/tab-separated file. Put column headings in the first row: Name (or First Name and Last Name), Email, Phone. Optional Buy In and Add On columns (an amount, or Yes) record those payments too. Only the first sheet is read, and names already in the list are skipped.

Fit the rest of the night to the chips in play

Best used at Break 1, once rebuys and add-ons are done. Everything up to Break 1 (or the current level, if the clock is past it) stays the same. The rest is rebuilt to finish around your target time, using only blinds your chips can post.

Colour-up plan

How to colour up: at the break, each player swaps the chips being removed for the next chip still in play, using the rates above. Any leftover chips are settled with a chip race: deal one card per leftover chip, and the highest cards win the new chips. Nobody can be raced out of the tournament.

Tournament rules

Expenses come off the top first. The cash left over is split between charity and prizes, so charity % + prize % must equal 100%. Changing one fills in the other.

When rebuys and add-ons are allowed is set by the tournament format on the Blinds tab.

Data & backup

Everything is saved automatically in this browser on this device. Clearing browser data or switching browsers will lose it, so download a backup before and after the event.
